There is an old Japanese tradition that 1,000 origami paper cranes will bring good luck. Cranes for Cancer's mission is to provide baskets or vases of 1,000 cranes to cancer patients. The 1000 cranes bring hope and uplift spirits. We
've been doing this for about 18 years, but we NEED HELP! You can help by: 1) Donating money for supplies 2) Donating origami paper 3) FOLDING CRANES.

If you know of a person who is in need of 1,000 origami paper cranes, please send an e-mail and we will send your dear friend or family member 1,000 paper cranes of hope and healing.

Thank You Jimmy!

These cranes are some of my favorite. They come from Jimmy from Circle K International at University of California of Riverside. Apparently, one of the members Christine made these ADORABLE cranes all by herself. Then they held a "matching" even where other members made cranes. There are more than 2,777 of them. Thank you so much. They will go to a good home (and they can fit nicely in a smaller sized vase!) I'm very impressed and touched.
