There is an old Japanese tradition that 1,000 origami paper cranes will bring good luck. Cranes for Cancer's mission is to provide baskets or vases of 1,000 cranes to cancer patients. The 1000 cranes bring hope and uplift spirits. We
've been doing this for about 18 years, but we NEED HELP! You can help by: 1) Donating money for supplies 2) Donating origami paper 3) FOLDING CRANES.

If you know of a person who is in need of 1,000 origami paper cranes, please send an e-mail and we will send your dear friend or family member 1,000 paper cranes of hope and healing.

Peace and hope...

To share Sadako’s story with its lessons of international peace, friendship and hope, the Gorham Interact Club of Gorham High School in Maine created these beautiful white origami cranes, and sent them to us.

Thank you for your good work and service!
